We had a rug made out of old nylon stockings in the entrance hall of the ranch house. It wore like iron. I long for the days when we could make something useful out of something as mundane as nylon stockings. I loved those rugs and wish i had some. I really want to try my hand at braided rugs or the "toothbrush" rugs or the wool coin rugs. Hey Karen do you have any instructions on how to make those (Wool penny rugs) I think I read in your blog once that you had made some.
