DS-12 had an assignment in school to write a poem or story about the Van Gogh painting Starry, Starry, Night. This is his drawing. Cool, no?! I have always loved the painting and it pleases me to see him exposed to the fine arts. I am really proud of the job he did on the drawing.Saturday, December 09, 2006

Get that boy some private art lessons!! I think that he has a knack for it! I myself took lessons for about 5 years before college. I LOVED it! I would be willing to take on a pupil! Especially L!!

It looks like the artistic gene will exist with this younger generation! I am impressed.
Great job L! You captured the sense of movement of the original. I have to admit I couldn't do it.
