I'm not ignoring you

I'm not ignoring you. It's just that my life is currently at a frantic pace and I'm trying to get everything done.
Today I'm going to be hanging out at my scrapbook store teaching make-and-takes. The first is the Christmas Cracker you see here. I'm also going to take some supplies to make Christmas stars in case anyone wants to learn how to make them.
DH has been sick, and at home since Wednesday. He has a wicked sore throat that shows no signs of going away.
My sinus infection is clearing up, although my face is still a bit red, I can now breathe.
I have to help DS-7 make a Christmas Tree themed on his favorite Christmas song or story. We are going to do the "Polar Express" so I need to make some die-cuts.
I spent three hours yesterday cleaning the kitchen. The rest of the house is still a disaster area and the tree has been sitting in a box in the living room for a week. I hope to get that done some time this week.
I have done Zero, Nada, Zip Christmas shopping. That has me a little stressed, when I think about it. I try not to think about it.
We have an inch of snow on the ground and I have three news stories I should be working on.
So how are you this fine December morning?

Yeah Winter! It makes Christmas both better and worse.
As a recovered victim of the nasty disease you and DH are living with (I say living, but I mean enduring) I say go to the doctor and get an antibiotic the minute you feel the tickle. I had it for 3 weeks, just because I delayed going to the doctor. I taught 7 40 minute classes the day the sore throat set in and had laringitis (or how ever it's spelled) for about 10 days. I used lots of videos and had the kids on the edge of their seats hoping to hear what I was whispering. At least for a minute, until they realized I was trying to convey information and lost interest. You both have my most sincere sympathy.
